Polly Le Gassicke

We're thrilled to have Polly at the helm as our UK Chief Operating Officer. Polly first joined our resort team over a decade ago, completing three winter seasons in Verbier before diving into a dynamic career in events. She returns to lead our UK operations, bringing extensive luxury hospitality expertise from running her own successful events planning business in the Cotswolds and working on high-profile events like Cowes Week, Royal Ascot, and Wimbledon.

Polly thrives under pressure and embodies what we like to call 'VE Magic'. She has a unique ability to bring calm and clarity to any situation, making her an invaluable leader. This provides a crucial steadying influence that inspires confidence across our team, guiding them to deliver excellence. Her intimate knowledge of Verbier, paired with her deep understanding of luxury service, is key to ensuring every holiday is consistently delivered to the highest standard.

As a mother of two young children, she expertly juggles a busy career with family life, embodying the incredible drive and capability we value. When not in the office, Polly channels her creative energy into floristry and event design, adding another string to her bow.
