With Verbier Exclusive’s bespoke concierge service, every detail is expertly arranged, so you can embrace the beauty and tranquillity of the Swiss Alps. Your transfer driver awaits at the airport, lift passes are prepared in advance, and your ski boot fitting can take place in the comfort of your chalet. Your dedicated concierge has already arranged ski lessons, reserved lunch spots, and organised childcare before you even set foot in Switzerland. Whether you seek the thrill of parapenting or the calm of a massage, every moment is tailored to your desires.

24 Hour Driving Service

All of our chalets are serviced by our dedicated team of in-resort drivers who are on hand 24 hours a day to provide a round-the-clock driving service and insight into local recommendations for maximum convenience. Our fleet of 4×4 Volkswagens and Mercedes ensures smooth journeys to the lifts, into town, or back to your chalet after a night out.

Breakfasts

There is no doubt about it that on a ski holiday, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Our hosts will beautifully lay the breakfast table, display the latest weather report and prepare your morning coffee, just how you like it. Meanwhile, our chefs will serve an indulgent cooked breakfast, as well as fresh fruit platters, smoothies and bircher muesli. So whether you’re keen to get on the slopes for first lifts or prefer a more leisurely pace, a Verbier Exclusive breakfast will set you up perfectly for a day on the slopes.

On the staff day off, a continental breakfast and fresh pastries will be available.

Afternoon Tea 

After enjoying a day up the mountain, return to the comfort of your chalet and unwind with afternoon tea and perhaps also a glass of champagne in the bubbling hot tub, a feature of many of our chalets.

Guests staying at Chouqui, The Alpine Estate, The Calima Estate and Norte can enjoy this daily, with freshly baked cakes or savoury delicacies served alongside a selection of teas, freshly brewed coffee and hot chocolate.

Across our wider collection of catered chalets, afternoon tea is offered on six days a week, ensuring there is time to relax and reconnect whilst warming up in front of the fire. On the evening of our team’s day off, guests have the perfect opportunity to embrace the legendary Verbier apres-ski scene, soaking up the atmosphere before heading into town to enjoy dinner at one of the resort’s exceptional restaurants.

Dinner

Dining is at the heart of the Verbier Exclusive experience, offering guests a fully bespoke culinary journey. Whilst you recover and reflect on the excitements of the day, your staff will be busy preparing your canapes and mixing the perfect cocktail. For your evening meal, your talented chef can create anything from elegant fine dining to relaxed sharing feasts cooked over firepits, Asian-inspired tasting menus, or simple bistro classics. Before your stay, our concierge team will work with your chef to tailor menus to your tastes, dietary needs, and preferences. Whether you seek indulgence or lighter, health-conscious options, we ensure every meal enhances your mountain experience with flavour and creativity. Children’s dinners can be served earlier for family ease.

Our chefs are all professionally trained and very experienced. In fact, they come from around the globe to work for us in Verbier. They bring with them a huge variety of talent and technique, having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Gavroche, Chez Bruce, The Square, L’Enclume, Chewton Glen and Launceston Place. Their greatest strengths however are their shared passion for food and service, with many of them returning year on year.

At Verbier Exclusive, we take pride in offering an exceptional selection of fine wines, champagnes, and spirits. Each season, our expert wine consultant curates our complimentary house list, or if you’re looking for something extra special, opt for our upgraded list.

Enjoy pre-dinner cocktails crafted by our professionally trained hosts, or request a six-course tasting menu with tailored wine pairings. Our house champagne, G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge, reflects our founder’s membership in its elite club, complemented by Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut. Our bar is always fully stocked, with bespoke options available on request.

From freshly prepared morning coffee and handcrafted evening cocktails, to breakfast and dinner service as well as meticulous daily housekeeping and evening turndowns. Attentive yet discreet, your host is always available to anticipate your needs, answer any request, and ensure your time with us is nothing short of exceptional.

In-Resort Concierge

Whilst your holiday is planned with your pre-arrival concierge, an in-resort concierge manager is on hand to fulfil every spontaneous request. Aching muscles after a day on the slopes? They will promptly arrange an in-chalet massage. Expecting overnight snowfall? Your off-piste guide will be booked for first tracks the following day. It is our first-hand knowledge and insider contacts that sets us apart. We don’t just visit Verbier, we live and breathe it, ensuring every moment of your stay is seamless and extraordinary.

Staff day off

Daily housekeeping is provided throughout your stay with us. During the chef and host’s 1.5 days off, a continental breakfast will be available and your concierge team will be happy to recommend and secure your dinner reservations in one of the amazing restaurants Verbier has to offer.
