Private ski instruction is an excellent choice for families and groups, with one instructor being able to take up to six guests of similar level, at no additional cost.

For the ultimate alpine adventure, heli-skiing is a bucket-list item for many of our guests. Our concierge team can arrange this for you, with the flexibility to move it to later in the week should weather conditions require it, making your holiday one to remember.

Children's Ski School in Verbier

For families looking for a more sociable alternative to private instruction, children's group ski lessons provide an enjoyable space for younger guests to build confidence on the snow and develop their technique, whilst being more affordable. Our preferred partners, Altitude Verbier run children’s group lessons throughout the winter for children from three years old. Their qualified, friendly and enthusiastic team understands how important it is for parents to feel their children are in safe hands, whilst ensuring they are having the most fun on their ski holiday.

To make the experience as seamless as possible, our concierge team can also arrange childcare around your children’s ski lessons. For younger children, we work with a children's creche that can collect them from morning ski school, provide a hot lunch and keep them entertained with an afternoon of indoor and outdoor activities.

Family Ski Holidays

It’s really important that children enjoy their first ski holiday experience. We therefore match your children with an instructor to suit them. Male or female, young or more mature – just let your concierge manager know.  Most of the instructors speak English, but if you need the instruction to be in a different language, just say the word.

If you would like to ski together as a family, our private instructors can tailor the day to suit the abilities of the whole group, allowing everyone to enjoy time on the mountain together. Alternatively, multiple instructors can coordinate the day so that family members or larger groups can ski at their own pace while coming together for lunch before heading out on their own routes in the afternoon.

Snowboarding

We work with Vivid Snowboarding, the specialist snowboard school in Verbier. They offer private and group lessons for all snowboarding abilities, from beginners taking their first turn to experienced riders looking to refine a new trick. For the more advance snowboarder they also run specific freeride and freestyle camps to make the most of the amazing terrain on offer in the 4 Vallees.

Adaptive Ski Lessons

We want all our guests to enjoy the thrill of the mountain slopes. And we don’t think disability or age should be a barrier. In conjunction with our partners New Gen, we can arrange for you to ski with bespoke tuition, guiding and equipment for every level of skier or boarder.
