At Verbier Exclusive, we take pride in offering an exceptional selection of fine wines, champagnes, and spirits. Each season, our expert wine consultant curates our complimentary house list, or if you’re looking for something extra special, opt for our upgraded list.

Enjoy pre-dinner cocktails crafted by our professionally trained hosts, or request a six-course tasting menu with tailored wine pairings. Our house champagne, G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge, reflects our founder’s membership in its elite club, complemented by Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut. Our bar is always fully stocked, with bespoke options available on request.

Drinks and Wine

If you are looking to drink something extra special, we have over eighty upgrade wines and champagnes ranging from a Chateau Mouton-Rothschild Bordeaux to Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.

While you enjoy our signature pre-dinner cocktails, your chalet host can recommend which wines and drinks will best compliment your dinner. On request, your chef will be happy to prepare you and your guests a 6 course tasting menu with complimentary wine pairings.

Champagne

Our intrepid Founding Chairman, Tom Avery, is one of 14 founding members of the elite G.H Mumm Cordon Rouge Club (established to recognise exceptionally fearless people). Because of this association, we chose GH Mumm Cordon Rouge to be our house champagne. In addition, we serve Perrier Jouët Grand Brut which you may enjoy at any time during your stay. As with our wines, we can always upgrade your champagne if you would like.

Cocktails

We also work closely with the Head Mixologist from the Cotswolds Distillery. He has created a bespoke Verbier Exclusive Cocktail List for you to enjoy throughout your stay with us. And if there is a particular cocktail you like, just let your concierge team know in advance.

Spirits

We always keep a well-stocked complimentary bar, including Tanqueray Gin, Oath Gin, Grey Goose Vodka, Havana Rum, El Jimador Tequila, Armagnac Brandy and Glemorangie Whisky. If, however, you prefer to drink a particular brand we will always endeavour to get this for you.

Cotswolds Gin

Our UK office is lucky enough to be situated close to the maker of the world-renowned Cotswolds Dry Gin. For this reason we are proud to add it to our spirits menu. Due to its high volume of botanicals this gin not only has a distinctive taste but it also becomes pearlescent when ice or tonic is added.
