Molly Ellis

We are delighted to welcome Molly back to Verbier for her fifth winter with us, now stepping into her new role as Resort Manager. Having spent the past four winters in Verbier as our Senior In-Resort Concierge Manager, Molly has built an exceptional reputation for creating unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring every stay runs seamlessly from start to finish.

With extensive knowledge of the resort and a passion for delivering outstanding service, Molly has been instrumental in managing chalet teams, coordinating last-minute requests, and taking care of the finer details that make each holiday truly special.

Friendly, approachable, and always happy to help, Molly will remain a familiar face in resort. In her new role as Resort Manager, she will also be overseeing our in-resort operations while leading and supporting our team of 55 seasonal staff, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is delivered to the highest standard throughout the winter season.

Having traditionally spent her summers in the Isles of Scilly, Molly will be embracing mountain life year-round in Verbier, making the most of everything the resort has to offer in the summer months too - from hiking the alpine trails and swimming in the fresh lakes to welcoming guests during the warmer months. Spending more time in resort throughout the year will only deepen her knowledge and love of Verbier.
