Lucy Hyndman

Lucy is an integral part of the Verbier Exclusive UK team, as our Head of Guest Relations after initially joining as a Concierge Manager in 2024. She brings a wealth of expertise to the role, combining a winter season in Courchevel with personal holidays in Verbier, so is no stranger to the resort. Over the past six years, Lucy has thrived in a variety of roles ranging from event management to high-end hospitality, so is dedicated to creating the perfect holiday experience tailored to you.

A passionate skier, Lucy learned to ski at a very young age and skiing has always held a special place in her heart. She has visited many resorts across the Alps and is eager to share her expertise with our guests.

Originally from Dorset, Lucy moved to the Cotswolds in the summer of 2024, settling in the town of Moreton with her partner.
