Fiona Ellis

After serving as Chief Commercial Officer for the past year, Fiona now steps into the role of CEO, focussing on building on our strong foundations while continuing to elevate the guest experience, nurture long-term partnerships and strengthen our position as a leading provider of luxury alpine holidays.

Starting her alpine career back in 2007 as a host for Ski Verbier, Fiona developed a first hand understanding of the service, attention to detail, and tailored approach that defines a stay with us. Over the past decade, she has held senior commercial and leadership roles with some of the most respected names in the luxury chalet and villa sector, gaining extensive experience across sales, business development, and commercial strategy.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape, Fiona is passionate about creating memorable experiences that combine exceptional service, outstanding properties and the personal touch that has always been at the heart of Verbier Exclusive. She is proud to lead a team that shares those values and is dedicated to helping the business continue to grow while staying true to what makes it special.
