Henrietta Baxter

Henrietta joins us as a Concierge Manager for the Winter 2025 season, bringing with her over eight years of experience working as a Personal Assistant to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in London. With a deep understanding of discretion, attention to detail, and the highest standards of service, she is perfectly placed to help create seamless and memorable stays for our guests in Verbier.

Having skied since childhood, Henrietta has spent time skiing across a variety of resorts in the Alps, completed a ski season in France, and even carved turns in New Zealand while travelling. Her love for travel has taken her to 52 countries so far, including a recent adventure running across Iceland in August 2024.

Henrietta is committed to ensuring every detail of your holiday is thoughtfully prepared, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your time on and off the slopes. She loves to find a great apres ski terrace to soak up the sun - blue sky and a mountain backdrop, what is not to love!

Having recently moved to the Cotswolds, she is looking forward to exploring the running routes in the beautiful area and with a keen interest in making each guest's experience exceptional, she looks forward to helping you make this ski holiday one of your best yet.
