Dibby Ffrench-Constant

Dibby was a late starter to the ski business, but since joining Verbier Exclusive in 2015, has become a key member of the team, wearing two hats of Concierge Manager in the winter and Purchasing Manager over the summer months. Following a career in the advertising industry and client services with a break for raising two boys, Dibby has immersed herself in everything Verbier has to offer and now has an extensive knowledge of the area which she’s keen to pass on to guests.  

As well as taking care of pre-arrival concierge arrangements, she makes sure we are fully stocked up on everything from luxurious bathroom amenities to catering equipment and staff uniform! Off-season, she is also on hand to assist with any interior decoration requirements, sourcing top tier furnishings to keep the chalets looking amazing for the ski season.

Although no longer flying down the slopes, Dibby retains her love for skiing and the mountains, which she enjoys watching from the comfort of Verbier’s fabulous restaurants, leaving her in a perfect position to advise guests on how to make the most of their time both on and off piste!

Dibby brings with her a keen enthusiasm and sense of humour to the uk office, and occasionally, an unruly labrador…
