Inspire are passionate about making health a lifestyle. Their calming yoga studio in Verbier town offers a wide range of activities, from intense classes such as aerial yoga and full body fitness to the more mindful activities such as Hatha Moon Class yoga and sound healing sessions. In the summer, they offer yoga classes at 2200m at Ruinettes. Inspire also provide in-chalet private yoga sessions, so you can breathe deeply in the comfort of your chalet.

Lottie Pridham offers unique, tailor made retreat days, for private groups, balancing hiking, fitness, yoga and self-care in the beautiful surrounding mountains. Enrich your holiday through fun, adventurous experiences and explore the mountains with a programme specific to your group’s wishes. Allowing you to fully switch off, whilst everything is planned for you.

Whether it’s a full on fitness escape you’re after with high tempo cardio circuits through the forest, hiking with some serious elevation gains and trail running along breathtaking mountain paths. Or perhaps a more balanced few days incorporating gentle undulating hikes taking in the scenic views and charming mountain cabanes, moving through restorative yoga flows and enjoying the fun challenge of paddle boarding on a nearby lake. Lottie has you covered, plus designing the perfect retreat days for families with kids of all ages too.

Built from 10 years experience living in Verbier and qualified as a personal trainer, Lottie’s passion is showing others the incredible mountain environment she is lucky enough to call home. With an ethos of MOVE your BODY, REST your MIND, FEED your SOUL, these days will leave you feeling; rested, restored, re-energised and happy.

Half and full days available. Choose from a myriad of activities, including: hiking, trail running, cardio HIIT circuits, weighted strength workouts, paddle boarding, lake ‘dips’, yoga and meditation.

1-1 & private group personal training

In addition to her fitness retreat days, Lottie Pridham offers private personal training sessions specific to your needs & goals. Keep up your fitness training whilst on holiday and work with her and a personalised programme just for you, or your group. Using a combination of weighted and bodyweight exercises, in an environment that is: motivating, encouraging, non-intimidating, mentally positive, accountable and most importantly fun!

Years ago I took a holiday and the strap line was “give us your body and we’ll give you back your mind.” This describes perfectly the weekend I spent with you; 3 days of great physical exertion, some of it hard core and smashing circuits, some of it lower key with stretching and flexing to ease aches and pains and some of it just plain fun! But all of it with great company, outstanding environment, breath taking scenery and great food. At the end of it I went away with that wonderful physically tired feeling but refreshed and renewed, recharged mentally to go back to the crazy whirl of everyday life.”
