Love by Leoube – Côtes de Provence rose

Our choice of rose is always a much anticipated, hot topic at the start of the season. As you know, a luxury holiday in Verbier is not complete without a large glass of rose to enjoy whilst watching the sunset from one of our stunning chalets.

New for winter 2021/22, we are delighted to announce our partnership with Chateau Leoube, an exclusive organic wine producer in Provence and the sister company of our nearby luxury brands in Cotswolds, Daylesford & Bamford. Our choice of rose is Love by Leoube – Côtes de Provence rose.

Nestled in a coastal bay in Provence, a stone’s throw from St Tropez, lies the Leoube estate. One of Europe's most beautiful protected sites and home to Chateau Leoube, the estate includes 65 hectares of organic vineyards, sprawling 4km of coastline.

Love by Leoube is an elegant blend of mainly Grenache & Cinsault, this pale salmon pink coloured wine is a quintessential, dry Provence rose. The nose is powerfully charming with mixed notes of red fruits and light citrus fruit characters. Showing a lively palate, full of white peaches, red apples and morello cherries, all brought together with a lovely fresh acidity. A well balanced rose with a delicious finish, perfect for any occasion.
