Here at Ski Verbier Exclusive, we know that food and drink play a big part in your holiday. It can be challenging to decide whether to go for a Catered or Self-Catered Ski Chalet, as both have many benefits.
Why Catered?
Our chefs are handpicked for their incredible talent and impressive experience. They will create a menu to cater to your needs, whether specific dietary requirements, different meal options for children and adults, or a tasting menu to dazzle your taste buds. Your chef will call before your trip to confirm your menu for the week and any specific requests, so your culinary experience is entirely bespoke to you. Alongside your talented in-chalet Chef, you will also have an experienced Chalet Host who will serve your pre-dinner cocktails and champagne and recommend which wines will best compliment your dinner. If you or any of your guests have a birthday or another special occasion during your stay, then your Chef and Chalet Host will pull out all the stops to help you celebrate – whether it be an indulgent chocolate fudge birthday cake or a romantic Valentine’s meal, it will be one to remember!
With a fantastic selection of restaurants in Verbier, our Chef’s nights off also allow you to experience the town's culinary delights. After some lively apres-ski drinks at Le Rouge or Le Farinet, you can enjoy traditional Swiss fare or a casual meal.
Not only does our catered service include your evening meal on five nights of the week, but there is also the option of a hot breakfast in the mornings alongside our continental offering of fresh pastries, fruit, meats, cheeses as well as juices and smoothies made by our Chefs each morning. As if all of that wasn’t enough, our chefs prepare a post-skiing afternoon tea with freshly baked cakes, biscuits, muffins, cookies or tarts six days a week.
